Crystal healing uses the energy of crystals to balance the mind, body and soul, with a focus on the seven main chakras in the body as well as areas of malaise. Crystal healing helps to speed up the body’s natural healing process, increase feelings of positivity, peace and happiness, and allows energy to flow freely in the body and aura. Each crystal holds its own unique vibrational healing properties which makes them so powerful and specific in energy healing.
A crystal healing session helps to pinpoint areas of sluggish or negative energy in the body as well cleansing, charging, balancing and grounding the energy within your being. A session usually brings clarity to the mind and eases anxiety and stress while also helping the body to alleviate and neutralise pain, discomfort or malfunction. Most people find that they have a boost of energy after a crystal healing session. You may experience feelings of peace, emotional release, tingling, swaying, temperature changes or other such things. During your crystal healing session, I will first check your body and aura for any energy blocks. From there crystals will be placed on and around the body to help cleanse and then infuse the chakras and aura with free-flowing crystal energy. A discussion and then further recommendations will be given afterwards. The crystals I use are of an extremely high quality and are cleansed after each session, which means that they can be quite powerful. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water and take it easy for a few hours after your appointment. Wear comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment. You will be lying down, fully clothed during your appointment. Each session takes one hour, but please allow extra time for the discussion and recommendation process. Crystal healing sessions are held in person with me at The Villa, 37 Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland. |
