The power of combining science and spirituality.
As a psychic and energy healer, I work in an industry that is considered to be the antithesis of science. We use practices that are based in the realm of the unseen, promote products that are natural or organic and support holistic healing of the human body. The premise is that we practice that which hasn’t been or is very difficult to prove by science.
It wasn’t until Alert Einstein explained the relationship between spirituality and science that the two worlds started to semi-collide. We began to see evidence that spiritual energy was simply the same as regular old scientific energy and that this energy could be manipulated to change its vibration to help in healing. Since then, this beautiful blending of science and spirituality has either been promoted by those in my industry who understand it or denounced by those who are afraid of it.
Covering something with disinformation is commonplace when people are afraid. Some who are leaders in or associated with the spiritual and wellness industries have chosen to denounce scientific practices and likewise, some in the scientific community choose to denounce or ‘debunk’ practices in the spiritual community. From what I’m seeing, those with an open mind in both industries tend to have a better grasp on their respective field.
Both science and spirituality were born of the same desire: to understand the world around us, to understand ourselves and to help others. The relationship between the two is so close, like that of siblings, that working with the two together shouldn’t even be a question. Evolution at its finest will combine the two practices.
Accepting science won’t make you any less spiritually aware. In fact, you’ll be acting in a manner that shows how spirituality evolved you are since you can embrace another belief system (which science and spirituality are: belief practices).
It's time for science and spirituality to blend, not to compete against each other and to work to make this world a better place. With both of these practices in hand, anything can be achieved.
