Are the Big Bang and the Source the same thing? Let’s take a look at the evidence.
Science and spiritual communities often clash in their theories and have long tried to debunk each other’s beliefs. In my opinion, they are the same and intrinsically linked. There's no better evidence of this than with the Big Bang Theory.
You may have heard of the Big Bang theory in high school or earlier in your schooling years. Scientists believe that the Big Bang is what created the universe, the galaxies, our solar system, the planets and all matter within the universe.
It’s believed that every speck of energy was crammed into one very tiny point and that this extremely dense point exploded with such force that it expanded quicker than the speed of light into our universe. Pretty cool to think that everything we know of came from one tiny speck right? From here each planet formed its own atmosphere, landscape and so on. On Earth, we were lucky enough to have formed an ecosystem, life forms and ourselves.
What intrigues me the most about the Big Bang is that it is so infinite in its energy that it is theoretically still expanding the universe. In effect, it is still a Big Bang or the Big Bang never stopped. It is an abundant form of never-ending energy.
Does this sound familiar? An abundant form of energy? A constant creator? The point that everything comes from? To me, it sounds like what we know in spirituality as the Source or the Universe. You might call it something different, such as God.
Whatever your higher power is known to you as it will always possess endless energy and be the place that you were originally born from in your purest form. And this is why the Big Bang and what I know as the Source are the same thing, just wrapped up in different words and called something different; like a person with a given name and a nickname.
Because everything comes straight from the Source/the Big Bang it means that everything is made of the same energy. You, me, the chair you’re sitting on, the device you’re reading this on, the trees outside, your cat, your dog, your neighbour- all of it has come from the same place. It has just morphed through a change in density and vibration so that it looks different.
With all of this in mind, we can make a connection between the spiritual world and our physical world by realising that we are all made of the same energy. You can manipulate energy and matter by changing its density through your thoughts, actions and will (this is where manifestation comes in). You can also draw on the strength of the Source/the Big Bang because you are essentially the same with it since you are made of it. You can even heal energy or things that aren’t to your liking because you are made of the same stuff as the creator that made you. Crazy right?
Although it’s a lot to take in, understanding the entwined nature of both, can help you immensely. If you take the time to research the Big Bang and science alongside spirituality it can widen the scope and depth of your spiritual development.
I’ll leave you with this quote that my guides gave me:
‘It’s not magic if it’s science, but at the same time it’s magic.’
It might pay for us to stop disbelieving each other's theories and start believing together.
Love and light xoxo
