Winter is the best season to develop your intuition and psychic skills. Here are a few tips to get you started on your intuitive and psychic development growth during winter…
There are so many patterns in nature and one of those patterns which we connect with so well as humans are the seasons. Each season provides a time to develop or enhance certain aspects of our lives. Autumn and spring are transitional seasons that carry us between the fixed seasons of summer and winter. Summer is a time for outward energy and winter is a time for inward energy.
Winter provides the best time for us to go inwards, reflect, work on ourselves and connect with our guides. It is a season of hibernation, quiet, indoors, alone time and yin energy. Without winter we would become drained of energy and have no time to replenish or take a break from the world energetically.
With winter being such an inward season, it is the best time to develop your intuition and psychic abilities. Psychic abilities aren’t just limited to a select few, they are something that everyone has and have simply been lost to humans over time.
Psychic development requires research and practice. Research can come in the form of finding which areas of spirituality resonate with you and this is only done through reading and looking around at all the different spiritual practices out there. While we are in a quiet season such as winter and indoors and alone more often we can find time to read more and really pick up on what resonates with us. Once you’ve found an area or two that links up with your understanding, reading as much as possible on those areas is important.
Practice is a huge component of intuitive and psychic development. An extremely important part of psychic development is meditation as it helps to activate all psychic abilities and fine-tune messages that can come through. Also, getting the right tools to help you develop your skills and setting aside enough time to delve into everything is essential.
Because winter aligns with the dark side or night time it can give us more insight into our shadow side. Knowing this dark side of ourselves helps to release or balance some of these aspects more readily and doing so during winter will ensure that you have ample time and space to do so.
So why not start really getting into your spiritual development and looking at yourself, finding your strengths and weaknesses? Doing so during winter will mean that you can express all of your newfound talents and abilities once the summer months come around!
Love and light xoxo
